Grab a spoon, crack the freezer, and clear your schedule. Gelauto N°33 has finally rolled into the Mephisto-gelato-verse, and she’s one hell of a scoop. We used the legendary Gelato 33 from Seed Junky Genetics and rolled her up on the banco gelato with our own Sour Stomper. And like true gelatieri, we worked this one on the piano freddo until it was smooth, rich and perfectly set. She’s sweet, creamy, a little gassy, a little twisted, and built for those easy evenings where the pace slows down but you still stay switched on.

We kicked off the project in 2018, with Gelauto N°33 originally planned to be the first in our gelato series, but the world took a turn in 2020, and some projects had to be shelved. Iced ‘n’ Baked and (the award-winning!) Sundae Thumper took centre stage for a short time, but now it’s time for Gelauto N°33 to step into the limelight. We’ve already worked with some of Seed Junky’s strains, using them as the photoperiod parents for the ever-popular Mephisto’s Wedding and the frostiest strain in the catalogue, Beary Berry Punch, so we knew as we stepped back into the Gelauto N°33 project, we had some fire on our hands.
When it came to picking the autoflower parent, we didn’t have to look far down the counter. Sour Stomper has been a staple on the Mephisto menu for years, the base flavour behind Forum Stomper, Schoolyard Crush and the ever-loved Double Grape. She’s the kind of ingredient that just makes everything better. With her sharp tang, cool uplift and legendary frost, she was the perfect swirl to cut through Gelato 33’s creamy body. The blend brought balance, texture and depth, turning a rich dessert strain into something brighter, smoother and ready to serve fresh from the freezer.
Gelauto N°33, along with a community-tested selection of F1 Limited Editions, will be dropping on the 20th of October at 1pm EU, 12pm UK, 7am Eastern, 4am Pacific.

Want the scoop on Gelauto N°33? Here’s a clipping from her strain breakdown.
You’ve opened the freezer, grabbed a tub of ice cream, rolled a fat cannon of Gelauto N°33, and somehow two hours have vanished while you’ve been staring at the rug, thinking, yeah, it really does tie the room together. She’s smooth, creamy, and hits with a grin before settling over you like your favourite blanket. Before long, everything’s making sense: the universe, the fridge light, even magnets.

Gelauto N°33 also features artwork by the incredibly talented Sheffield artist Jim Connolly - @jimconnollydraws78
Gelauto N°33 is the cherry on top of the Mephisto sundae. She is large, frosty and unapologetically bold. Her flavours move from sweet cream and cranberry to diesel, spice, and a hint of smoked BBQ, with a refreshing menthol finish. Crack a jar and you are greeted with a wild mix of sour, spice, and sweetness that evolves with every whiff. It’s like Willy Wonka’s four-course meal gum, only this time the flavour’s fire, not fiction.

Gelauto N°33 is all about feel-good vibes and full-body relaxation, slightly on the sedative side but never lazy, offering that perfect balance between function and float. It’s made for those evenings of pointless debates, like whether the Death Star had insurance or which one of you could get a toe by three o’clock this afternoon, with nail polish. It’s the ultimate daily driver for anyone who loves flavour, frost and a sweet finish. Just ask Jimbo; he unashamedly calls Gelauto N°33 his favourite strain of 2025.

Snooch Lab - Gelauto N°33 Tester Reports
Grower: stealthmode204

Medium: Coco | Lighting: 320W LED | Container: 3 gal
Nutes: Remo Nutrients + Hygrozyme
Training: Topped, LST, Leaf Tucking | Cycle: 80–89 days | Height: 40–45″
Aroma: Ice cream cake, floral grape, lingering fuel
Plant Shape: Multi-topped bush, medium buds, minimal larf
Effect: Motivating and energetic with a smooth, flavourful finish
Gelauto #33 brought the best of both parents in one slick, frosty package. She grew into a well-trained bush with strong tops, good airflow, and very little fluff. Early on, her nose leaned heavy on fuel, but as she matured, dessert notes of ice cream cake and floral grape took over, landing somewhere right between sugar and gas. The high was uplifting without couchlock, perfect for staying active while floating on a smooth buzz. Eye-catching colour, rich aroma, and a standout flavour profile make this a go-to for both growers and smokers alike.
Grower: TheMadrek

Medium: Promix HP | Lighting: Mars Hydro 300W LED | Container: 1 gal
Nutes: GrowDots, GH CalMag, TPS Silica-Gold
Training: Mild defoliation | Cycle: 70–79 days | Height: 28–33″
Aroma: Spiced fruit funk, fresh urea (surprisingly pleasant), fruit loops, ice cream
Plant Shape: Bushy with fasciation and dual apical dominance, chunky calyx-heavy buds
Effect: Dreamy and relaxed headspace with a subtle body glow
Despite being pressed against the tent wall and hitting a round of fasciation, this Gelauto #33 pheno produced solid, colourful buds with mutant charm and plenty of intrigue. The terpene journey was uniquely dynamic, from pool cleaner and liquorice candy to sweet fruit loops and a surprisingly nice “fresh you-pee” twist (we don’t judge). The bud structure was dense with above-average calyx development and even better in the F1s. Effects were chill and creative, ideal for late afternoons or evenings when you want to unwind without losing yourself. Not the loudest in the jar, but a standout for growers chasing character, yield, and unusual sensory profiles.
Grower: Rollin_Cannons / Mr. Otters
Medium: Super Soil | Lighting: LED | Container: 2 gal fabric pots
Nutes: Nature’s Living Soil + organic amendments
Training: Grown natural | Cycle: 70–79 days | Height: 34–39″
Aroma: Loud, old-school skunk with sweet cookies and high-grade funk
Plant Shape: Main cola dominant, classic Christmas tree structure
Forum Stomper, meet your match. This Gelauto #33 pheno came out swinging with grade-A chronic vibes, releasing an unmistakable old-school skunky stank as early as the first brush of the stem. It layered sweet cookie dough with nostalgic loudness, the kind of smell that makes you double-check the front door. The plant followed a classic structure with a heavy main cola and Christmas tree shape, thriving in a natural soil setup with minimal intervention. While it’s not chopped yet, the grower reports it’s nearly identical in aroma and stature to the Larry Bird Gelato cut; praise that doesn’t come lightly.
Grower: u/Modkins

Medium: Happy Frog + COM seed starter + perlite | Lighting: 240W LED (24/7) | Container: 3 gal
Nutes: COM (fish bone meal, worm castings, etc.) & Cronk (Bonnie + Clyde + CalMag)
Training: None, natural grow | Cycle: 80–89 days | Height: 40–45″
Aroma: From tropical punch to pure cat piss, finishing citrus-heavy post-cure
Structure: Tall, sativa-leaning Xmas tree with upright branching and open node spacing
Effect: Sneaky KO. Starts heady and eye-heavy, morphs into full couch-lock sedation
This Gelauto #33 pheno started like a fruit cart and finished like a litter box full of citrus peels, tropical, funky, and offensively loud. She stretched out into a tall, open-structured bush with excellent light penetration, zero training needed. The buds came in dense and colourful, stacking well and yielding over 5 oz. Post-cure, the funk mellowed into a rich citrus-orange flavour, but the effects remained heavy-hitting. Expect a strong cerebral buzz that narrows the eyelids before the sneak-attack body high wipes you out. Pass-out potential is high; proceed with caution and snacks.
Grower: SilentJ17

Aroma: Light skunk early → vanilla chem → nutty citrus with earthy pine after grind
Structure: Self-topped mutant with separated fan stems; compact, dense popcorn buds
Effect: Instant couch-lock, heavy eyes, paint-thinner funk on exhale—nightcap city 🌙
This Gelauto #33 pheno brought the funk in more ways than one; mutated but mighty. With self-topping branches and fan leaves that split like fingers, this plant was visually unique but healthy and vigorous throughout. While shy on aroma at a distance, up close she offered a blend of vanilla chem and sour nutty spice, eventually translating into a sweet cashew-meets-paint-thinner smoke. The buds were dense and small but heavy hitters, and the high wasted no time; deep body relaxation and instant eye sag make this a perfect strain for closing out your day.
Grower: SmokinTehHerbz

Medium: Coco | Lighting: Medic Grow Smart 8 | Container: 5 gal
Nutes: Jacks Nutrients, Power SI, GH CalMag, Recharge | Training: Leaf tucking, LST
Cycle: 80–89 days | Height: 40–45″
Aroma: Creamy vanilla & grape early → berry medley with sour diesel edge
Structure: Large, bushy, low leaf-to-bud ratio
Effect: Relaxed and stoney, berry diesel inhale, sour creamy gas on exhale
This pheno of Gelauto #33 was all about the fruity funk with a gassy backbone. From early vanilla-grape stem rubs to a juicy berry-diesel bouquet by harvest, this one brought the terp complexity full circle. Although a stressed branch limited final size, it still stacked up a solid 213g of dense buds. The effect leans classic Gelato chill, but with a heavier thud; grape and diesel-led relaxation with a sour cream kicker that hits hard and sticks around, a flavourful twist on a creamy staple.
Grower: u/butterboy42000

Medium: Peat-based organic soil | Lighting: HLG Scorpion Diablo 700W + 200W COB LED | Container: 5 gal fabric

Structure: Central cola with satellite buds, moderate stretch
Effect: Creeps behind the eyes, solid buzz with standout rosin flavour that lingers
This Gelauto #33 pheno brought mystery terps and mellow power in a classic structure; one big main cola with satellite nugs and a surprisingly incense-like aroma that stuck with the grower but defied easy description. Grown in rich organic soil with a heavy defol after stretch, she packed on solid weight and yielded 110g of fragrant bud that really shone in rosin form, delivering a bright flavour and a buzz that sticks behind the eyes. One for connoisseurs of complexity and pressers chasing lingering flavour.
Grower: xJawlz

Medium: Promix HP | Lighting: EVO6 | Container: 3.9 gal
Nutes: GrowDots (65g), EWC, BuildASoil Peat Mineral Mix
Training: Leaf tucking | Cycle: 80–89 days | Height: 52–57″
Aroma: Creamy sweetness early on, maturing into a deep earthy funk
Structure: Christmas tree with long internodes, dense, spear-shaped colas
This towering Gelauto #33 pheno took on a classic tree shape, reaching up to 57″ with long internodal spacing and chunky spears of bud. Early on, the aroma leaned creamy and sweet before evolving into a richer, earthier funk. The plant was nutrient-sensitive and suffered from heat stress and a humidity-related mould loss, but still managed to yield an impressive 152g. Resilient and rewarding, this pheno pushed back against adversity to deliver high-grade flower and impressive structure; ideal for dialled-in environments and hands-on growers.
Grower: inappropriatelylarge

Aroma: Minty with subtle peppery notes
Structure: Even canopy with fat colas and broad internodes
Effect: Smooth and mellow, slightly earthy exhale
A smooth operator with style to spare. This pheno of Gelauto #33 brought dark fades, dense nugs, and a no-fuss growing experience. With 300g of trimmed flower, it’s a crowd-pleaser for both yield and trim time. Although a slight overdry muted the terp punch, the result is a mellow, minty smoke with an earthy-pepper kick that’s easy on the lungs and mind alike. This plant leaned into her Gelauto 33 heritage with dank sweetness, while Schoolyard Crush added a fruity, skunky edge that’s bound to please rosin lovers. She was a bit finicky on feed but finished strong, with a tight Afghan-style frame and plenty of resin to wash.
Ideal for bubble hash, Cherry on Top is a sticky treat with small but mighty colas that hint at real extract potential. Keep your spoons ready, this one finishes with flavour and funk that lingers.
🍰 Crumble ‘n’ Cream 🧁🥄
Appletizing x Gelato #33

Crumble 'n' Cream scooped out a classic dessert combo with a twist, imagine apple sherbet layered with cream and chased by a gassy ripple on the finish. This towering pheno built a tall Christmas tree frame with wide-spaced, spear-shaped colas that made airflow and light penetration a breeze.
She stayed aromatic from start to cure, keeping a sweet fruit-and-cream profile throughout the grow before revealing a diesel undertone post-trim. Easy to manage, vigorous, and generous in yield, Crumble 'n' Cream brings the flavour and the function, perfect for those who like their sweets with a little skunk.
Grower: SmokinTehHerbz

Medium: Coco | Lighting: AC Infinity Evo 3 | Container: 5 gal
Nutes: Jacks Nutrients, GH CalMag, Power SI, Recharge
Training: Leaf tucking, LST | Cycle: 90–99 days | Height: 52–57 in
Trichomes: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Yield: 957g
Aroma: Permanent marker, chemical stank, subtle vanilla and apple butter after cure
Plant Shape: Bushy, symmetrical with no larf; super dense nug structure
Notes: Massive yield, incredibly loud terps - requires solid airflow and a steady dry/cure process
Crumble 'n' Cream starts off soft and buttery; vanilla pudding and apple butter on the early stem rub, but by week 9, she’s taken a hard left into terp city. The final bouquet is straight-up permanent marker funk with just enough sweet cream left behind to remind you where she started. It’s a bold profile, loud and unapologetic, like someone spilt fruit salad in an office supply drawer.
The plant itself is a dream to grow: dense, vigorous, and sculptable. With solid LST and some tucking, she exploded into a well-formed bush that put up nearly a kilo of rock-hard, chem-drenched flower. The smoke hits like a mind-warp; an intense, immediate rush of disorientation that resolves into calming relaxation. For fans of extreme flavour, heavyweight yields, and spacey effects, Crumble 'n' Cream just earned a top-shelf spot.

Aroma: Faintly fruity and gassy during grow, berries and gas with skunk on the exhale
Structure: Tall towers of frosty, spaced-out, compact buds
Effect: Strong nighttime high — relaxing, potentially knockout-level
Don Drizzle came in weird but left you wrecked. From early veg, this one showed freaky traits, upward-curling leaves and dramatic fade colours from its CDLC lineage; but it packed on dense, trichome-rich towers that were a trimmer's dream. Yields included 130g of dried bud plus a full pound of fresh frozen, making it a great wash candidate. On the nose, it’s all berries and gas, and the heavy-hitting, couch-friendly high earns its warning label: "Do not operate heavy machinery."

Low-maintenance, monster potential, and packed with flavour; Don Drizzle might look like candy, but it hits like a heavyweight.

Ice³ is a triple scoop of Gelato lineage; with Sundae Best as the second parent, itself a cross of Iced 'n' Baked and Sundae Thumper. The result? A creamy, fuel-laced, Fruit Loops funk bomb that smells like a sugar-cereal sundae and smokes like a late-night freezer raid.
She grew bushy in coco under strong LED, responding well to topping and LST. No drama, just dessert; dense flowers, high oil content, and a terp profile that starts with sweet cereal milk and finishes with a low hum of gas. The high kicks off with a cerebral zing before gently melting into full-body calm. For fans of Gelauto, Ice³ isn’t just a remix; it’s the deluxe edition.

🌿 Juniper Jelato 🌌🍋
Apollo Haze x Gelato #33
40/60

Juniper Jelato, grown by BroScienceGrowmie
Grower: TheMadrek

Medium: ProMix HP | Lighting: Mars Hydro 300W LED | Container: 3 gal
Nutes: GrowDots, GH CalMag, TPS Silica Gold
Training: Topping, Leaf Tucking, Defoliation | Cycle: 80–89 days | Height: 40–45 in
Trichomes: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Yield: 102g
Aroma: Fermented mango, orange rind, creamy citrus, wood spice, and forest funk
Plant Shape: Even bush with symmetrical structure and high terpene output
Notes: Minimal effort with high payoff; dominated tent with Piggy Pops in both scent and colour.
Juniper Jelato is what happens when a creamsicle crashes into a spice rack in a sunlit forest. From early flower, she unleashed an aromatic barrage of mango, citrus zest, spiced wood, and sour candy funk that only intensified with time. By the chop, she carried the nose of a fermented fruit cocktail soaked in cologne and the beauty of a living tie-dye.
Despite only basic training and a light feeding schedule, this plant stood out across a room of contenders; loud, colourful, and dripping with trichomes. The smoke is citrus-forward with creamy mint on the exhale, like vaping a citrus Tic Tac in a pine sauna. The high blends Apollo Haze’s sativa clarity with Gelauto’s mellowed-out body glow, making this a creative, euphoric, and functionally fun experience. It’s not beginner bud, but for the connoisseur, it’s a flavourful trip worth taking.
🐷 Piggy Pops 🍭💜
Pigletta's Purple Haze x Gelato #33
45/55
Grower: TheMadrek

Medium: ProMix HP | Lighting: Mars Hydro 300W LED | Container: 3 gal
Nutes: GrowDots, GH CalMag, TPS Silica Gold
Training: Topping, Leaf Tucking, Defoliation | Cycle: 80–89 days | Height: 40–45 in
Trichomes: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Yield: 125g
Aroma: Lavender, orange zest, cheesecake funk, menthol, and floral cheese
Plant Shape: Large and wide, vigorous branching; not ideal for small spaces
Notes: Terpiest plant of the run, complex evolution from early lavender and cheese to citrus cream funk
Piggy Pops isn’t just a name; it’s a full-on terp carnival. From soft lavender and cream to a riot of orange zest, cheesecake funk, floral cheese, and a whisper of cat-pee gas, this pheno packs an olfactory profile so wild it borders on absurd, in the best way possible. Picture Fruit Loops dunked in cream cheese frosting and topped with a spritz of lemon Pledge and rubber, somehow, it works.
This plant was massive, fragrant, and expressive, needing space and frequent defoliation but otherwise easy-going. The high is a smooth blend of Pigletta's upbeat clarity with Gelauto’s mellow focus, creating a functional-but-floaty effect that chills without shutting you down. Whether you're unwinding, zoning out, or trying to quiet the noise in your head, Piggy Pops brings the mood lift and body calm with flavour to spare.
Grower: Ancient_Kangaroo_492

Medium: Coast of Maine Stonington Blend | Lighting: Vivosun VSFD 6500 (650W LED) | Container: 3 gal
Nutes: Mega Crop 2-part | Training: Natural
Cycle: 80–89 days (Day 63 at time of report) | Height: 28–33 in
Trichomes: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Aroma: Creamy berry and gas, started skunky
Plant Shape: Main cola dominant, tall for container size
Notes: Showed sex early (Day 16); very frosty; dialled back nutes mid-run with great results
Piggy Pops came squealing out of the gate with one of the earliest sex reveals the grower’s ever seen, twice. Despite running in a modest 3-gallon pot, she stretched tall and proud, stacking a chunky central cola that glistened with frost by Day 63. Her nose started out skunky but quickly matured into a rich blend of berries, cream, and fuel, the kind of scent that makes you double-take after a stem rub.
After initially pushing too hard on nutrients, the grower pulled back, added Recharge, and found the sweet spot; she responded beautifully. While still in flower at the time of this log, Piggy Pops already looks like a strong contender: a loud, sticky dessert bomb with legs. If she finishes like she’s growing, she might just snort her way to the top of the dessert cart.
🎸 Rock ‘n’ Rolled 🤘🔥
505 Headbanger x Gelato #33
50/50
Grower: u/Modkins

Medium: Happy Frog + Coast of Maine Seed Starter + Perlite | Lighting: 240W LED (24/7)
Container: 3 gal | Nutes: Cronk (Bonnie, Clyde, CalMag)
Training: Leaf tucking only
Cycle: 80–89 days | Height: 40–45 in
Trichomes: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Yield: TBD
Aroma: Cracked pepper in early flower shifting to fruit punch and tropical candy
Plant Shape: Broad hybrid with thick side branching and multiple colas
Notes: Handled extra water and regular feeding with ease; great vigour and structure for a novice-friendly run
Rock 'n' Rolled turned up the volume and didn’t miss a beat. This wide-bodied beauty brought the bass with thick branching and top-heavy colas, all while grooving through flower without a hitch. The early cracked pepper notes gave way to a wild fruit punch vibe, like she swapped her leather jacket for a popsicle on stage.
She thrived on a steady diet and stayed in rhythm from start to (almost) finish. Though not chopped yet, the performance so far earns her a standing ovation, an easygoing plant that builds up like a power ballad and ends in a candy-fueled solo.
Grower: butterboy42000

Medium: Homemade organic peat-based soil | Lighting: HLG Scorpion Diablo 700W + 200W COB LED
Container: 5 gal | Nutes: BuildASoil craft blend + ferments

Aroma: Sour pear, citrus, gas
Plant Shape: Dominant main cola with satellite buds
Notes: Colourful finish, easy trim, strong dab performance
Rock 'n' Rolled is a backstage banger with loud citrus-gas notes and just enough sour fruit to keep the crowd moving. A natural grower with zero drama, she put out a vibrant, frosty frame and rolled into harvest with chunky colas and smooth structure.
The smoke hits like a headliner set; dabs brought on a cerebral blur that had the grower zoning out mid-thought before easing into a warm body buzz. She’s relaxing without knocking you out, perfect for couch cruising with your favourite playlist.
Grower: Ancient_Kangaroo_492

Medium: Coast of Maine Stonington Blend | Lighting: Vivosun VSFD 6500 LED (650W) | Container: 3 gal
Nutes: Fox Farms Tiger Bloom, Big Bloom, Bembe, Recharge
Training: Natural | Cycle: 80–89 days | Height: 28–33 in
Trichomes: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Aroma: Light lemon cream with a sour funk finish
Plant Shape: Main cola dominant, chunky top buds
Notes: Triggered early at Day 17; easy-going grow, low aroma in the tent, but deceptively dense buds
Rock 'n' Rolled kept a low profile in the tent, but don’t let the stealthy aroma fool you; this girl laid down some serious weight. She came in early with preflowers at day 17 and rode the whole grow without much fuss. The nose wasn’t loud, but on close inspection, there was a creamy lemon note with that signature Headbanger sour funk creeping through the background.
She formed a thick central cola with bowling-pin buds and handled nutrients with ease, no drama on either end. While she didn’t offer a flashy fade, the moment she was chopped, the sheer mass of those flowers became clear. With her mellow scent and rock-solid build, Rock 'n' Rolled may be the sleeper hit of the lineup; low-key, heavy-hitting, and built for growers who like their band loud and their plants chill.
Grower: inappropriatelylarge

Medium: Coco | Lighting: LED | Container: 5 gal
Nutes: CropSalt | Training: Leaf Tucking
Cycle: 99+ days | Height: 40–45 inches (~101–115cm)
Aroma: Muted citrus on the plant, but lemon-forward post-cure with a creamy finish
Structure: Broad, even canopy stacked with dense, resin-coated colas
Effect: Relaxing without sedation — smooth and mellow
Rock 'n' Rolled lived up to its name, stacking chunky, rock-hard buds from top to bottom. This was the grower’s biggest autoflower to date, pumping out over 900g of total biomass and pressing 31 grams of rosin from trim alone. While the live aroma was subtle, the cured flower revealed a zesty lemon profile with creamy undertones, and the smoke brought a calm, composed high that’s perfect for vibing out—relaxing, but fully functional.

Medium: Soil | Lighting: 480W Mars Hydro LED | Container: 7 gal
Nutes: BuildASoil 3.0 + BAS amendments
Training: None | Cycle: 80–89 days | Height: 34–39 in
Trichomes: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Yield: ~6 oz
Aroma: Gas and berries
Plant Shape: Bushy with stacked nugs throughout
Notes: Loud fade, deep purple buds, grower favourite
Scoop Dogg is a frosty funk machine serving up double scoops of gas and berry swirl. This one rocked a bushy, balanced structure with zero training, just vibes and stacked chunky buds from base to crown like a freezer packed with treats. The fade was gorgeous, leaning deep purple on dense colas with high trich coverage and standout bag appeal.
While the final flavour profile is still curing, early nose reports lean into a gassy, fruit-forward combo that promises a sweet-and-fuelled session. If you like your autos loud, colourful, and coated like they’ve been dipped in dry ice, Scoop Dogg is the one to scoop up.

Notes: Dense purpling early; finished with vibrant pink buds and creamy flavour
Scoop Dogg brings that extra scoop of funk you didn’t know you needed. From early flower, she delivered a steady sherbet ice cream aroma that deepened into strawberry cream layered with gassy undertones. Her bushy structure stacked fat colas with zero larf and a frosty coat from top to bottom.
This pheno was easy-going in organic soil, and though she didn’t fade heavily on the leaves, the purple and pink hues in the buds were striking. The smoke follows suit, smooth strawberry sherbet up front with creamy vanilla mids and a surprise diesel exhale. The effect hits with an uplifted grin before mellowing into a laid-back groove. A sweet scoop for your stash jar.
And last, but certainly not least...
