Welcome Meph-Heads, new and old. Depending on when you hopped on the Mephisto train, here's a recap of what went down in 2023, along with some info about what’s to come in ‘24!
2023 in Review
In 2023 after a lot of work behind the scenes and taming the multi-locational organisational beast that is Mephisto Genetics, we were able to get all our stores open again 24/7 in all current locations: US/Canada/UK. After a long ol’ journey cutting through red tape we’ve recently got a good supply of seeds back into Europe and re-opening our EU store is high on the agenda beginning January ‘24.
We had several new releases hit the store across the year, from one for the Medicinal heads with Aunt Ginny’s Elixir to the delicious new Gelato Artisanal additions of Iced ‘n’ Baked and Sundae Thumper.
The last two Artisanal releases also incorporated our new Limited Edition complimentary X’s format, and going forward this is how we’ll proceed with all new Artisanal drops.
Breeding Works
Breeding wise we’ve kept our noses to the grindstone, completing the following projects brought over from the original farm and after further home and community testing are now placed in our 2024 release schedule:

We began this very blog on the site! Featuring all sorts, from interviews to tutorials by our very own Jimbo and announcements for upcoming strain drops. We’ve also expanded into other social media, including our YouTube channel headed by the multi-talented (and soothingly voiced) Jimbo plus our very own Discord server.
Autoflower Cups
2023 was a milestone in the fact we won a few cups! The American Autoflower cup and Autoflower World Cup we took one-a-piece in the Best Breeder category.
We’ll be entering both of those cups again this year, this time with products to go up against the best of the rest. If you’re looking to support us or attend the events in LA or Barcelona please check out the following details:

American Autoflower Cup
The 2nd edition of "American Autoflower Cup'' will be held in Los Angeles in the beginning of 2024, and is open to all grow shops, seed banks, as well as any individual grower or collaboration. The event will take place at one of the city's premier cannabis locations in Los Angeles, which will be announced soon.
2024 Plans
New Sites Incoming
Web-wise we’re coming up with a big update to enter into the new year which will combine all of our separate stores into a single site again and keep pushing the customer experience in the right direction.
Upcoming Releases
January will herald the release of our second ever Bx1 project, with the drop of Walter White Bx1 and some fine complimentary crosses.
Ravenberry is on the horizon for an all-locations drop in February, along, once again, with some fine Ravenberry F1 crosses. Also due in February we have another slightly different collab; we have an interview and some custom limited edition Mephisto artwork produced by Jacob Rolfe A.K.A. Jacob Collins from The Trailer Park Boys, which we couldn’t be more stoked about. The artwork has been festooned on the Meph HQ mantlepiece for a little while and we can’t wait to give you the opportunity to purchase some for yourselves!
Rounding out the first quarter of the year, we’ll be dropping our long awaited Mephisto Genetics X Super Sativa Seed Club collab with (humbly) some of our greatest work to date; creating Old School Mango Haze.
As ever we’d like to extend our thanks, and feel forever blessed to have some of the dopest, realest ma’fkrs out there as customers.
Mephisto Christmas Update
As is usual for us, we’ll be giving some festive time off for our incredibly hardworking staff (elves!) over the Christmas period. With this in mind, we want to let you all know that orders placed after Thursday 21st December will not start shipping until Tuesday 2nd January. Our customer care team will also be off during this period, so expect a slower than usual reply to your enquiries; but we’ll be back to it as quickly as possible in January to get all of yours and our ducks in a row.
